Download as with any file. 

In PTs 8:  Open custom editor, go to utilities, then import editor (*exp )group, then navigate to the file, and click on that. Power tools will put the group in your editor.

In PTs 9 and 10:  Open custom editor, go to utilities, then "Old Style Exp Files", then "Import Exp File",  then navigate to the file, and click on that. Power tools will put the group in your editor.
